WARRANTY INFORMATION  HIT Online provide a 12 month 'back-to-base' limited warranty. We have a 7 day
Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy where we will unconditionally replace faulty
products immediately when returned within 7 days. Thereafter, products are covered
by Manufacturer warranty. See the MANUFACTURER WARRANTY LIST for manufacturer
warranty information.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To obtain repair or replacement goods under terms of warranty, the goods
are to be deliverd to the HIT Online service center with proof of purchase (original
HIT Online tax invoice) and a written specification of the defect/problems encountered.
HIT Online are not liable for ANY loss or damage, either direct
or consequential, including but not limited to lost profit, goodwill or impairment
as a result of inability to use any product returned for service under Warranty.
This warranty is in accordance to the Trade Practises Act and other State and
Territory Laws.
NOTE: Software problems are not covered under terms of the HIT
Online warranty and will be charged at a standard hourly rate.
